…And Even More Analyzation 5/30/2013

In our latest class period we did more stats of course!  Seems like data analyzing is taking longer than we expected.  Trying to learn R and these univariate and multivariate statistics methods at the same time is tricky business.  And the amount of data we have to work with is quite vast as well.  Herbivores, parasitoids, gall makers… oh my!

I know some of us have felt like this...

I know some of us have felt like this…

Oh my gosh R! Work! ARRRRGH!!!

Oh my gosh R! Work! ARRRRGH!!!

Hopefully, by the end we will all become pro R useRs.  Until then, we are crunching all of that data!  And in the meantime, an interesting result of our treatment has been uncovered.  It appears that there tends to be more herbivores in the trees that we removed oak galls from than in our control trees or our trees naturally without galls.  What more interesting results will we have… hmm…

To see what we each have found out that would be most…

Next time:  Final questions about data & stats stuff.  Work on discussion and conclusion.  For Thursday, possibly introduction work and the rough draft is due!  The days of end are upon us; yikes!!!
